AI, AI, AI – it dominates Jonas’s workdays: business development, lectures, training, coffee machine conversations – yes, everything revolves around AI.
But that’s not where it all began. Jonas started his journey in quality assurance and testing in 1994 and has built up expertise in leadership, change management, test organization, test strategy, and requirements management. Today, he mainly focuses on helping clients apply AI and develop their businesses with the support of revolutionary modern technology and the evolution of working methods. His background gives him a broad understanding and a unique starting point for integrating AI in a way that ensures quality and creates value for end-users.
Jonas’s work encompasses everything from vision development and identifying opportunities to carrying out practical implementations and training in AI and quality. He has previously worked as a CEO, consulting manager, agile coach, test lead, change manager, line manager, test automation engineer, teacher, and mentor, as well as with requirements and requirements management.
Most often, you’ll probably see Jonas as a speaker, teacher, or panelist. Hopefully, there will be opportunities to meet him at a lecture or conference soon…
As we begin to form virtual engineering teams — teams of specialized agents that plan, code, review, test and deploy — the very nature of software creation is changing. But when machines collaborate with other machines, who ensures that quality, safety, and intent are preserved?
In this provocative session, we explore how Quality Assurance must evolve to meet the era of AI-engineered applications. Drawing on experiences from IT-HUSET, we’ll demonstrate how AI-driven QA frameworks can act as a wrapper around these virtual agent teams, automatically testing, verifying, and aligning their output with human-defined goals — all with AI as the enabler.
Yet, amid the automation, human testers remain essential. They bring judgment, context, and ethical oversight — the “human-in-the-loop” ensuring that our intelligent systems don’t just work, but work as intended.
Join us to rethink what quality means when your “team” isn’t entirely human. You’ll leave inspired — and perhaps slightly unsettled — about how we build trust in an era where AI engineers alongside us.
