Matt is a Process Manager at PostFinance with over 20 years of experience in software testing. Heʼs currently focused on the challenges of transitioning a testing organization from waterfall to agile methodologies through the development and implementation of guidelines that are both stable and transformative. A past speaker at Swiss Testing Day and Night events, Matt now brings his passion and experience to the Swiss Testing Days board.

Endrit Dodaj

Head of SRE, Quality & Operations Engineering

Endrit Dodaj is Head of SRE, Quality & Operations Engineering at Swiss Re, where he leads platform reliability, production stability, and product quality for a cloud-native SaaS platform. He has driven initiatives across CI/CD, shift-left quality, incident response and RCA, pipeline quality gates, and end-to-end functional traceability. Notably, he led the CI/CD transformation, replacing annual, manual releases with fully automated, zero-downtime daily deployments. An early adopter of modern practices, Endrit has championed Event Modeling and Data Mesh with a particular focus on the quality engineering. He is currently scaling quality gates and introducing AI to support test-data generation, defect investigation, and property-based testing.

Nermin Elsayed

Test Manager ART Finance Solutions

Conference Board Member Nermin Elsayed is Test Manager Finance Solutions at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (MGB), a coach/ mentor for tech talent, and an advocate for strategic quality management. She brings over 15 years of consulting experience in the Swiss financial sector, working with both banking and insurance institutions as well as retail. Nermin has been a member of the Swiss Testing Day Board since 2021, contributing to the quality community by bringing the latest technologies – including how strategic quality management changes with AI – and by finding inspiring speakers, technology experts and thought leaders who enrich the experience of conference participants.

Daniel Glauser

Chief Product Officer

Daniel Glauser, Chief Product Officer at Sky Switzerland, develops products with his teams from conception to go-to-market. These are products that customers use and love every day. His more than 20 years of experience includes the development of several award-winning Swisscom blue TV boxes, TV app stores, streaming apps for all major platforms and most recently building and launching a mobile and fiber connectivity product. Quality and testing have been a focal point in every product development for Daniel, both as the lead for the end-to-end quality of Swisscom blue TV and in his current position at the streaming provider Sky.

Alessandro Sebaste

Marketing Director

Alessandro Sebaste is a qualified electrical engineer, Executive MBA, subject didactics PHZ, and an expert in the development and establishment of software quality processes. With the approach of ‘Software Quality by Design,’ he supports small to large companies in implementing a sustainable software quality strategy. His experience ranges from individual software projects to complex software platforms within federal administration. He is the owner of QSoft GmbH, actively promotes training opportunities in the field of software quality, and is a board member of the Swiss Testing Board.

Michael Krause

Quality Manager – Specialized Solutions

Michael has focused on and been passionate about Software Testing and Quality for over 20 years. In product development he experienced firsthand that the way a team perceives quality, as well as adaptation of testing through context-driven principles, are key drivers for implementing agile development techniques and DevOps. He is a strong advocate for teams embracing and navigating complexity through sense-making techniques and believes that a culture of relentless experimentation is a major source of innovation. In his current role Michael enables a large organisation to adapt DevOps and Agile Quality principles and fosters an agile mindset across development teams.

Bruno Plasch

Chairman & Quality Architect for AI Delivery

Bruno Plasch is Chairman of the Swiss Testing Day board and Principal Quality Ambassador at Xebia Switzerland. Over sixteen years he has built test organizations and led quality management at programme level in complex ERP transformations across banking, industry and retail, the kind of landscapes where a single wrong assumption travels through a dozen systems before anyone notices it. His work today centres on a shift the whole industry is living through. Software is increasingly built with AI support, faster than classical quality assurance can follow. Bruno describes his role as Quality Architect & Lead for AI Delivery in the Augmented SDLC: he designs the verification, the governance and the human decision points that keep speed and trust from becoming a trade off, and he applies that method in his own delivery rather than only on slides. As Chairman he leads the board, and together they set the themes, select the contributions and shape the programme of Swiss Testing Day. One conviction guides that work. This community should be the place where those questions get asked first.
