Piersandro Cancellara is the Global Head of Digital Design & Experience Testing at Roche Diagnostics. He leads a global team of interaction designers, human factors engineers and mobile/AR technologists to create customer-centric experiences that seamlessly connect the digital and physical worlds. Guided by his mantra, “Design like scientist,”, he established the Roche CX Lab, where immersive prototypes enable the simulation and validation of future experiences across the entire Diagnostics continuum, years ahead of development.
