Biography.

Stephany Daneri, ex-Amazon, is a Quality Engineering Manager with over 14 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering management, and continuous improvement across the banking, retail, education, and insurance sectors.
She has led multiple large QA teams driving cross-functional initiatives and time-sensitive projects in both startups and large-scale enterprise environments. Her work focuses on turning technical and business data into actionable insights, turning them into initiatives she leads and executes across the organizations until its completion, fostering continuous improvement. She collaborates closely with CTOs, VPs, Heads of Product and Platform Engineering, Program Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to make the real health of products visible and measurable. Currently working on iptiQ based on Madrid, Spain, she is known for her strategic vision and ability to connect business and engineering, bringing a pragmatic approach to applying AI and data insights that make product quality transparent and measurable.
